This highly respected certification is awarded by BCSP to individuals who meet eligibility and experience criteria in the safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) discipline and have passed a rigorous examination.

Wayne's career in Health and Safety began in 1997 within the Department of National Defence involving transportation, distribution and management of fuel and services. Wayne is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick’s OH&S programs, the University of Alberta and Ivey School of Business Leadership Programs, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta.

Wayne brings over 30 years of logistical and HSE experience to Energera having managed health, safety, and environmental programs for private industry and larger corporations working in civil construction and the oil and natural gas industry throughout Canada, the United States, as well as parts of Argentina.

Wayne Clarke is being promoted from his prior position as Director, HSE. Wayne’s professional integrity and dedication is evident in the relationships built throughout the organization, and with customers. His commitment to continued professional development and leadership fosters a culture of safety and solutions for industry best practices are all qualities highly valued by Energera.
